Beware. This community has been established for almost 20 years now. They have just placed a roof assessment on home owners for as much as $4000.00. Obviously this was in their rules and regulations that exterior grounds, roofs, etc. was covered in the high monthly HOA fees but these fees have been miss handled over the 20 years. Folks thinking of downsizing and looking for an affordable option to home living, do not look at this location. Several home owners within the community are seeking legal representation at this time. The initial payment according to the monthly publication is due oct 30th but no official payment notices with amounts have been sent to all home owners. This group is obviously inappropriately and possibly illegally miss used HOA fees paid by home owners over time and now want to place the burdon of payment to replace roof systems at 100% on the home owners.
